This will stop people not understanding IMG tags

This will stop comments like 'use IMG tags' etc.

This will allow better viewing and rating for members.

Like I said in your question thread, it doesn't automatically upload anywhere other than Imageshack. You are fine with uploading it and using the IMG tags, especially since they are required for cards posted in this section.

I do not know, but that is irrelevant. You must have IMG tags when posting cards in this section.

 

If it worries you that much, try uploading them to tinypic. Unless you specify search words when you upload it, it's nigh unto impossible for people to come across them.
