At 1, since the search card for it is very slow, it is less so. I'm not saying that theres no way it could be a problem, but I think that we should leave it at one for at least one format after we get rid of the Dragon Overlords, Disk, etc. At least see how it goes. Remember that a card should only be at 1 if it is good for the game at 1 but bad for the game at 3, usually because of the problems with combining multiple copies together. For example, 1 Mirror Force punishes overextending, but 3 Mirror Force punishes aggro; 1 Card Trooper is fine, but 3 is broken by Machine Duplication; 1 Night Assailant is fine, but 3 is essentially Sinister Serpent.
