After Partholon and co died of the plague, the people of Nemed arrived, supposedly from Scythia, and built a new civilisation, exploiting Fomorians as workers (particularly the four sons of Matan Munremar), to build two royal fortresses (Ráth Chindeich and Ráth Chindeich), and then killed them off when they were no longer useful. When the Fomorians would try and rise up, Nemed could tactically outwit them, and keep them at bay, much like Partholon's people had done. But after Nemed himself died, there was no leadership, and the Fomorians took this opportunity to build a new hierarchy, with themselves at the top, imposing very heavy taxes on Nemed's people (including culling their offspring). Nemed's people eventually regrouped, with the help of a lady spy (called Relbeo) and took Conand's Tower (the headquarters for the Fomorians, on Tory Island). The Fomorians attempt to reclaim their base, led by a chieftain called Morc. The carnage was mutual, and the few survivors from both sides sailed far from battle. Ireland remained empty for the next 200 years. When this card is destroyed: Target and destroy all face-up Fiend monsters on the field. Name - Conand's Sanctions Trap | Trap Type - Continuous Effect(s) - During your opponent's End Phase: Draw 2 cards, and if you do, your opponent must draw 3 cards, and if they do that, they must discard 2 cards from their hand. You can only use each effect of "Fomorian Sanctions" once per turn. Name - Fomorian Hierarchy Trap | Trap Type - Continuous Effect(s) - If you control the face-up monster with the highest ATK on the field: Negate the effects of monsters in your opponent's hand and GY. Name - Nemedian Uprising Trap | Trap Type - Counter Effect(s) - Activate only if you control 5 Warrior monsters. Negate the effects of your opponent's cards until the End Phase. Destroy all cards your opponent controls. Name - Relbeo Level - 3 | Attribute - EARTH| Monster Type - Warrior/Effect ATK/DEF - 1100/900 Effect(s) - During your Main Phase: You can transfer control of this card to your opponent. The ATK and DEF of monsters on the same side of the field as this card are reduced by 1000. During Your Main Phase: You can reveal the top card of your deck, and if it is a Level 5 or lower Warrior monster, you can Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position. During the Battle Phase: Negate the effects of all monster cards (except this one). During the End Phase: The owner of this card must shuffle it into their deck. Name - Conand Arrows - SW/SE Attribute - DARK| Monster Type - Fiend/Effect ATK/DEF - 1900/LINK 2 Effect(s) - 1+ Monsters including 1 DARK Monster Whenever your opponent discards from their hand: Increase your LP by the number of cards they discard x500. Name - Morc Arrows - SW/SE Attribute - DARK| Monster Type - Fiend/Effect ATK/DEF - 1900/LINK 3 Effect(s) - 2+ Monsters including 1 DARK Monster Once per turn, during your Main Phase: Roll 2 six-sided dice; You can Special Summon Fiend monsters from your hand of equal or lower combined Level to the combined outcome. If you control 3 or more Fiends (not including this card): You can send them to the GY, and if you do add 1 "Morc Counter" to this card for each Fiend sent to the GY by this effect. Increase the ATK of this card by the number of Morc Counters on this card x600.
