This card is treated as Dark as well as Light Attribute when ever it is in your deck, hand, graveyard, or removed from play. Increase the ATK and DEF of all level 4 or lower monsters that include Elven or Elf in their name by 300 points. (The defense increase does not apply to this card)

Kale - The Angelic Presence + Jezell - Angel of the Macabre

This card's Attribute is also treated as Light. During your Standby Phase you may discard one card from your hand to randomly remove from play one card from your opponent's hand.

This card can be summoned with 1 Tribute if the tributed card is "Zethura - Dark Elven Warrior". This card cannont be special summoned from the hand, deck, or Graveyard. If this monster destroys your opponent's monster as a result of battle, inflict damage to your opponent's life points equal to the original ATK of the monster plus the level of the monster 100x.

2. Its ATK will never become too devastating, which is good, but it probably won't be too good, either.

Besides being only 4-stars, yours is the same, but worse. Please be more original.

OK, OCG fixes:

 

1. This card's Attribute is also treated as DARK. Increase the ATK and DEF of all level 4 or lower monsters that include "Elven" or "Elf" in their card name by 300 points. Do not increase this card's DEF by this effect.

 

2. Fine.

 

3. Increase the ATK and DEF of this monster by 50 for each monster in your own Graveyard.

 

4. Fine.

 

5. During your Stand-By phase, if the ATK of this card is at least 2100, you may sacrifice it to Special Summon one "Zethura - Dark Elven Warrior" from your hand or Deck. Whenever this card destroys an opponent's monster as a result of battle, increase the ATK of this card by 100 points.

 

6. It's an abstract effect, so I don't know if it's right or wrong . . .

 

7. Though you make him unable to be SPECIAL Summoned, this is better on the OCG scale: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sacrificing one "Zethura - Dark Elven Warrior" on your side of the field. I didn't make Zethura - Dark Lord of the Elves unable to be Special Summoned. He can be Special Summoned from the removed from play zone. And replying to your first response, Zethura - Dark Elven Warrior will not have a funny ATK or DEF because the last two digits of its ATK or DEF will always be "50" or "25".

And having **25 is not random? I think it is. Just my opinion.

I think of random as being a number that is not a multiple of 100. The last two digits in my Emmaria - Elven Princess's ATK and DEF are 61 and 52 respectively. They are random.
