CoryMassacre
I wouldn't have to wait for cards to come out in the US and I wouldn't have to put up with the American bureaucracy censoring cards.

CrabHelmet
Why would reading Japanese be necessary? You can look up the effects on the internet and memorize them.

The Dark One
I think it's pretty retarded how UDE is so concerned with polluting the minds of little kids. The Jap' kids can deal with a girl showing some leg, why can't Americans? We see so much of it every day on TV anyways. Also, memorizing is hardly a problem. I probably have a pretty good idea about the effect of any card I've ever heard of. It isn't that hard to remember.

Bfmvrocks
You could possibly print the list of effects if your opponent's don't believe you, but either way, they'll think you edited it.
CoryMassacre
If I could find the OCG cards, besides the singles at my local cards and collectibles store, most of which are 25 cent peices of crap, I most definitely would take the time to memorize the effects off of the internet. HORUS
I know the effects of almost every card in the sets from LOB to FET. It isn't that hard.
Purple Dinosaur
I voted yes. Is that a bad thing. I don't think it is. Cards should be censored. Children shouldn't be curious about their bodies at a young age.

Children shouldn't be curious about their bodies at a young age. And why the hell not? It's perfectly natural. Sexuality should not be repressed. It is much better for the child and for the bond between the parent and the child if this sort of thing is addressed and let go. Sex isn't a bad thing, you just need to learn to be responsible and stay abstinent, etc. (For medical reasons at least, if sex out of marriage doesn't conflict with your ethics. STDs are far too common nowadays.)

Children shouldn't be curious about their bodies at a young age. First of all' date=' its not like 6-year-olds play Yu-Gi-Oh. Second, the average Yu-Gi-Oh player is at an old enough age that they are already naturally curious about their bodies. Finally, its not like any of the cards depict anything pornographic. They might be a bit [i']suggestive[/i], but they definitely won't make kids have sex or anything of the sort.
The Dark One
Well, there are plenty of 6-year-old Yugioh players. But you are correct in everything else that you have said.
