Effect Of ''Phoenix Of The Last Judgement'':

 

This card cannot be Normal Summon or Set. This card cannot be Special Summon, except by the effect of ''Judgement Day''. Each time you draw a WINGED-BEAST type monster, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the level of the target monster X 300. If this card is send from the field to the graveyard by a card effect, you can Special Summon 1 WINGED-BEAST monster from your hand, deck or graveyard, except ''Phoenix Of The Last Judgement''.
