I could use this in a very tough situation

Like if i have bad reaction to simoichi and i SS this card

That lets me discard a card from my opponent's hand

Then i can attack another stronger monster

and my enemy takes the damage

Helpful in many ways

and the destruction effect works too

like with coffin sealer
