(4) Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or effect and that card would go to the GY to activate (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the activation. 
(5) If this card would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can detach 2 materials from this card instead.

 

I made Angelina Keeper of the Departed as a Way to counter GY Love Decks this card is a GY HATE Card Like Necrovalley or Like the GY HATE DEck we Got Recently Exorsisters

You say this is GY hate but this counters cards that tribute, send to GY, most spells and traps.

I would feel better if the 2 effect also used materials and the 5 effect was detach 2 materials instead of banish 2 from GY. 

I don't know the ruling on this but say you have a card your opponent owns as material attached to this card and you detach it, instead of going to the GY would it be reattached? If so, I think you need to list this as another exception. This is another very powerful card but not immediately ridiculous? Maybe I'm just getting used to it.

I will say that I like that the card has at least one weakness and it is getting removed via non-destruction by a card that remains on the field.
