You can only use this card name’s (2) and (3) effect once per turn.
(1) If there is a DARK Fusion monster on the field, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). 
(2) (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; until the end of the next turn, change the ATK/DEF of 1 monster your opponent controls to 0, also its effects are negated, but your opponent takes no battle damage from attacks involving that card. 
(3) If this card is used as Fusion material: You can add 1 "Poipole" from your Deck to your hand.

Level 8 DARK Dragon Fusion Effect Monster

DEF 2500
Materials: "Poipole" + 1 DARK Dragon Effect monster
You can only use this card name’s (2) and (3) effect once per turn.
(1) Must first be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above Fusion materials into the Deck, from among your cards in your GY, and/or your face-up banished cards (in which case you do not use "Polymerization"). 
(2) If this card is Special Summoned: You can negate the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent currently controls, until the end of this turn. 
(3) At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card battled an opponent's monster (even if this card leaves the field): You can banish 1 card on the field.

I vaguely remember these did you post something similar in the past?

Poipole- Almost ok if not for the second effect being 10 times better then veiler Just give it the condition that you control no monsters maybe it needs some sort of restriction because even something like ghost mourner only works when a monster is special summoned?

Naganadel- I like that the "Contact Fusion" doesn't count as a fusion summon it helps with balancing. Poipole almost seems redundant summoning this thing.

I mean I guess? If Lyrilusk have a dark ruler no more that can be negated then why not.

Fine couple of cards, I think. A bit uncomfortable about Poipole's effect 3 of, I get used as material, I immediately add a copy of myself to hand, specially since effect 1, the self SSing, is not HOPT, so you could summon this guy, make the Fusion, add to hand another Poipole and SS Poipole again. It'd be better if all the effects were OPT. And I'd say effect 3 of Naganadel is missing the targeting part, but IDK, there are cards out there that avoid targeting, perhaps this can do it.
