Yeah... I got inspired from reading a fan-fic (it's not from this site)... So, enjoy. ;)

Text:

Return all cards on the field to their respective owner’s Decks, then shuffle the Decks. Both players Set a number of random Spell and Trap Cards from their Decks equal to the number of Set Spell and Trap Cards they returned to their Decks from their Graveyards, activate a number of random Continuous Spell and Continuous Trap Cards from their Deck equal to the number of face-up Spell and Trap cards they returned from their field to the Deck, and activate a random Field Spell from their Deck if they returned a Field Spell to their Deck. Both players then randomly Special Summon in face-up Attack Position, face-up Defense Position, or face-down Defense Position a number of random monsters from their Deck equal to the number of monsters they returned to their Decks. Both players cannot look at the Set cards, and they can activate the Set cards this turn.[/align]

i think something that owuld best describe chaos for this card name, and effect

would be somthing like a stampede....

 

but the effect is nice ^_^

Thanks! This is mostly OCG practice for me; I was reading said fan-fic, and someone used a card that, in short, had the effect of "Screw over the field". So, I tried interpreting that into a real card that could be used, and here's the result!

Other than that pretty good. Good OCG well blanced and all.
