Cool, I <3 FFVII and VIII, anyway to the rating...

 

First, Konami doesn't use acronyms, so for realism, use Final Fantasy - Character. Replace character with the name of the character XD

 

Second, make Sephy the Damned a warrior, since if it's a Divine-Beast nobody will be able to use him. Also, his effect of negating everything is overpowered, make it so that you can negate your opponent's effect by discarding a card or paying 1000 LP, he's gonna need some kind of cost. And if he destroys all monsters including himself, he'll just die anyway, so make it so that it says "except itself and as well as a monster on your opponent's side of the field selected by your opponent.

 

Now to Rinoa the Angel: It's ATK, not ATC. And you're going to need to make Ritual Spells for Sephy AND Rinoa. 4 or 6 should be all face-up monsters, since you can't tell the ATK of facedown monsters. Also, one of the rolls should be a drawback, I'd say you should change 5 to "destroy this monster." Just so it isn't cheap.

 

Magic Burst: Fair, but you'll need some patching up on your OCG, not only for this, but for all your cards.

 

Gunblade: I'll say the same thing that I said for Magic Burst.

 

Vivi: Make it one card only, and make him a Spellcaster. Fix OCG too.

 

Zell: Put a period at the end, make it a warrior, and fill in some of the blanks you skipped, like set ID, year, name, etc.

 

I'll add more fixes later. ^_^
