This card cannot be Normal nor Special Summoned except by its own effect and the summoning of this card cannot be negated. You can Special Summon this card (from your Hand) if you Tribute one Legendary Void Dragon Knight of Violet then choose one the following effects also Dragonic cards cannot be used for Xyz summons except for "Dragonic Lord of the Multiverse"

-During each Battle Phase you can banish all monsters (until the End Phase) on both Fields then Draw cards equal to half of the banished monsters if the amount would be an odd number instead, Draw 2 cards then you lose 250 LP

-During your Standby Phase all monsters on your side of the Field gains 500 ATK and 1,000 DEF then you lose 250 LP

-If you control one "Dragonic Guardian of Odd" you can Special Summon one "Dragonic Guardian of Red" (ignoring its Summoning condition) from your Hand, GY, or Deck then this card "Dragonic Guardian of Odd" and "Dragonic Guardian of Red" lose all of their effects.

This legendary Dragonian i known for its teleportation-like powers being able to control the Void and go through different universes. His younger Brother Legendary Black Dragon Knight of Red Eyes and his older brother Legendary Pendulum Dragon Knight of Odd Eyes mean everything to him but then, his older had a vision of the future and told Legendary Void Dragon Knight of Violet Eyes about it no one knows what the vision was. (You can also Tribute one "Violet Eyes Void Dragon V" to summon this card then add one "Draconic Guardian of Violet" to your Hand)
