Field Spell

When this card is activated, you can add 1 Divine-Beast type monster from your deck to your hand. Both players can activate set spell cards during their opponent’s turn. Monsters summoned from the extra-deck cannot attack the turn they are summoned. Once per duel, if this card was destroyed by a card effect, you can special summon 1 monster from your deck or extra-deck, ignoring it’s summoning conditions. Once per turn, if this card is in the GY, you can banish this card, add 1 “Blue-Eyes White Dragon”, “Dark Magician “, “Red-Eyes Black Dragon”, or Divine-Beast type monster from your deck to your hand, you cannot summon monsters, except the added monster, for the rest of the turn.

This card is very powerful just with Sphere mode and a couple of waking the dragon targets in ED. There are plenty of decks that would love to make all their spells quickplay and really capitalize on OPT effects. This seems SUPER fun.

Thanks, I just thought of some of the dumb plays they made in the anime like yugi activating Exchange on kaiba’s turn and the fact that Fusion monsters couldn’t attack the turn they’re summoned in the anime so I made a card that basically took all the Battle City tournament rules and put them into a card with some extra references like the four finalists get to add their aces to their hand if the cards destroyed. Anyway, thanks for the feedback.
