Yugi Boomer Support

Some Yugi boomer support, making it costly to use certain more modern game mechanics too frequently, and rewarding old school staples like tribute summons. 

Name: Heavy Import Tariffs

Trap: Normal

Effect: Activate only if you control at least 1 face-up Normal Monster. Whenever either player Special Summons monster(s) (not including token monster(s)): They take damage equal to the number of monsters they Summoned x800. Whenever either player adds card(s) from their deck to their hand by the effect of a card they control: They take damage equal to the number of cards they added to their hand x800. Whenever either player returns monster(s) from their GY to their hand and/or deck by the effect of a card they control: They take damage equal to the number of cards they returned x800.

 

Name: Protection Stimulus

Spell: Normal

Effect: Activate only if you control at least 1 face-up Normal Monster. Whenever either player Tribute Summons or Fusion Summons a monster: They increase their LP by its Level x300. Whenever either player destroys their opponent's monster(s) by battle: They increase their LP by the Level of their monster that battled x 300.

I think these are nice but both should be continous

Fo r the first card, you can get rid of "Synchro Summons, XYZ Summons, Pendulum Summons or Link Summons" because that all falls under special summoning.  I think for the most sense the other things that should be punished is activating cards on your turn and just "adding cards to hand" not necessarily from deck.
