Its PNG. When you save in JPG you get distortion around the whole picture. If you save in PNG' date=' you don't get the distortion and PNG is a smaller file.

No, PNG is much larger than JPG. But worth it for the quality.

That would be recoloring and reshading the sprite so it looks exactly like a DPP sprite, except in a different position.
