I like it.

I agree, however, with the comment on your card grammar: it needs work.

With the card grammar displayed, my understanding of the effect, the Type used, and stats in general, I give it a 5/10.

 

With proper grammar, I'd give it an 7/10, considering its potential.

 

For grammar purposes, try one of these:

 

FLIP: Destroy 2 cards on the field. When this card is Flip Summoned, it loses 1000 DEF.

 

OR

 

FLIP: Destroy 2 cards on the field. This card loses 1000 DEF when it is Flip Summoned.

 

OR (in case you didn't mean to say "Flip Summon")

 

FLIP: Destroy 2 cards on the field. When this card is flipped face-up, it loses 1000 DEF.
