A few problems (read it if you want, it's up to you):

 

1. OCG errors, the effect should read:

 

"1 Lv. 8 or higher Spellcaster-Tuner monster + 1 DARK Dragon-Type monster"

While this card remains face-up on the field, Dragon-Type cards and this card cannot be destroyed at the same time by an effect of a Spell or Trap card. You and your opponent must pay 500 Life Points to activate a monster card effect that destroys a card(s) on the field. Increase the ATK of this card by 200 points for each Dragon-Type monster on the field.

 

2. You may not listen to this, but I'm going to say it anyway:

SERIOUSLY OVERPOWERED. This card is no where near balanced, try to keep its effect balanced. An example of this is displayed below.

 

"During each of your Stanby Phases while this card is face-up on the field, you must pay 1000 Life Points (this is not optional)."

 

That should be the BARE minimum to add to this card's effect.

 

Overall: 4/10 (originality - not much of, effect - overpowered, and the OCG errors). Fix those up and it will be one hell of a nice card.

Please don't double-post japstop...

 

Overused pic, OCG errors, Overpowered and only somewhat balanced to some extent...

 

4/10 for trying a Synchro

 

This is the Realistic Card's forum... It's for realistic "balanced" cards... If you know your card is overpowered why place it in the 'Realistic' section? Try the 'Any Other Cards' section.

And then a Level 2 or 1 Dark Dragon Monster.... yes it's a high requirement that one factor, but does this one downfall balance the entire card? I don't think it does, I mean the card is powerful don't you agree?
