This does not make any sense at all, so I will rate only that "frogman" (whose first letter is also not capitalized). The OCG is absolutely horrible. And everyone will know what sort of picture thatis. Come on, you can take some other picture or make a better one! What is that? And about the card text? If it is a joke card, please do not post it here. It is FAR from being 'finished'. Please redo the card. It won't take much time, the flavor text is very short.
