it should be -

 

Draw 1 card. If the card you drew was a LIGHT monster, destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. If the drawn card was a DARK monster, destroy all monsters on your side of the field. If the drawn card was any other attribute, add it to your hand

 

Balanced version -

 

Draw 1 card. If the card you drew was a LIGHT monster, destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. If the drawn card was a DARK monster, destroy all monsters on your side of the field. Discard the drawn card.

Uh, overpowered? It's like Time Wizard, but with mill instead of the drawback.

Shouldn't it be like "Pick up one card from your Deck..." and then "...Send the card you picked up to the Graveyard." or something like that?

 

Anyways, nice card. ;) I wouldn't use it if it was real, because I'd have a 50/50 chance of destroying my own monsters in my deck. (I have a LIGHT/DARK deck)
