Make "Select A Forum" for new Topics more easy to understand.

The Only Reason I posted my first Topic in the wrong Forum is because the Forum list has the options in a drop-down, (And The Drop-Down like arrows around forums with sub forums confused me). Maybe remove the drop-down selection and make it so that when you tap on an option, an "Create Topic" Button appears at the bottom of the window to create the topic, so as to make posting topics not so hard to do for newer members.
