Card Text:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 monsters with "Arcana" in it's name that you control to the Graveyard. If this card is successfully summoned it gains the following effects: ●During your Draw Phase(before you draw), your opponent guesses the top card on your Deck, if correct, discard the top 2 cards on your Deck. But if wrong apply the appropriate effect according to the picked up card: Monster - Destroy 2 cards on your opponent's side of the field, Spell - Increase your Life Points by 1000, Trap - your opponent discards cards from his/her hand until he/she has 2 cards left(if your opponent has 2 cards or less, he/she discards her entire hand). ●During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, apply the appropriate effect with reference to the top card on your opponent's Graveyard: Monster - Inflict 100 points of direct damage to your opponent's Life Points according to the no. of monsters on his/her side of the field, Spell - Draw 1 card, Trap - Send the top card on your Deck to the Graveyard. ●When this monster battles an opponent's monster, if your opponent controls more face-up monsters than you control, destroy the monster that this card battles with it's effect without calculating damage. ●During each player's End Phase, both players must send the top cards from their respective decks to the Graveyard. ●As long as this monster is face-up on your side of the field, any of your own cards that is sent to the Graveyard is removed from play.

Trivia

------------------------------------------

Harbringer - A harbinger is a sign of things to come. Throughout history and literature, harbingers and omens figure prominently, and are responsible for major decisions which have altered the course of both.

The Image of this card is based on "Apostolos" A mythical God that is known as "God Of Prediction".

Other Information:

He is the Son of Archon and Apollymi, he is the the Messanger, or Harbringer, the God who calls about Telikos.. the end of the world. He was destined to be his mothers heart, and aid her in her destructive ways. But, when the Fates told Archon he would destroy their pantheon, Archon demaned Apollymi kill the fetus in order to protect them all. She refused, hideing him on Earth, and givng Archon a stone in turn. Furious and scared they imprisoned Apollymi and cursed Apostolos to death.. Its belived he perished with Atlantis.. but others say he survied.. taken to Europe and hidden, maybe even the founder of the region Basque

Apollymi

Goddess of Life, Death and Wisdom. She is the daughter of Chaos (formless matter that birthed the universe) and Zenobi (Atlantean north wind). She has many names: The Destroyer, The Bringer, The Giver, Biosia (life), Thanata (Death), Magisa (Wisdom), And Fonia (The Killer). Shes vain and Capriciois, but she is the most powerful of all the Atlanteans, and can only be controled by her husband, and half brother, Archon. She travles on the wind and can strike her victems down in an instant. Those that are about to die are said to see her merciless pale eyes right before the end. Shes a Goddess of contradictions, shes loving and kind one moment then brutal and cold the next. No one is safe from her wrath. The other Gods, fearful of her vindictive nature, combined their powers and imprisioned her in Kolasia (a hellish plane between dimensions). Of her release there are only myths, some say only the sacrifice of an Atlantean's blood can free her, others say that only by the hand of her lost son Apostolos that can do this. Because of her imprisonment she alone escaped death when the other gods were destroyed... and she sits in her prision waiting her release so she can wreak havoc on Earth and bring Telikos.. the end of the world..

Archon

Son of Chaos (the formless matter that birthed the universe) and Fegkia (Splendor) he was born to rule the Atlantean pantheon. He gave order where there was Chaos. Atlantis was made when Fysia spun strands of his hair, and her blood fertalized the earth, creathing the blood-red Fysian Lilies that could only thrive on Atlantean soil. Overwhelmed by the beauty his sister created, he wept, and where his tears fell the Atlantean race came. He too has many names, like his wife Apollymi: Kosmetas (order), Soter (Savior), and Theokos (the Devine one). The God of extreme paitence and kindness he is the exact opposite of his wife, the balance that she needed so the universe could be maintained. He, unlike other Gods, was always faithful to his wife, and adored her. He watched his people and children with benediction and care, and when Zeus banished Apollos Apollite race to his lands he welcomed them, causeing strife between the two sets of Gods. Though, when his wrath was envoked he was every bit as ruthless as Apollymi. When Deridians attacked Atlantis and saked Kanosis (the capital), he struck their country with his thorn hammer, destroying every man woman and child who bore their blood. He perished with the other gods... though it is said Apostolos, if ever found, has the ability to raise his father from the dead and return him to his throne...

( I had my friend send my card to one of the card creators of UDE and one responded on konami heres he's comment ! ^_^!!!)

THE COMMENT :

Creating cards isn't about who can make the strongest monster. It's about realism and creativity of thinking. Even though it looks like you're put a lot of effort into your post.... It's for a card that's WAY too over powered. This thing could give the god cards a run for their money. That's not a good thing.

Let me go through some of the things I've noticed when reading this beast.

First: It's summon requirement. While difficult, it's not THAT difficult when you consider the fact that there are 4 Arcana monsters with 1500 or less attack. That makes them easy to Special summon and, thus, makes this monster easier to summon.

Second: The guess effect. If they guess wrong, they get one of 3 effects and all are bad for the opponent. Uuuhhhh.... WHAT? Are you insane? It's bad enough that they have to deal with this 4200 attack monstrosity but now you've added a nearly guaranteed extra punishment on top of that. Real nice.

Third: Standby phase effect. Now you're just messing with me. All good effects except for the trap? That hardly makes up for the insane amount of damage you'll be causing to the poor fellow you're dueling.

Fourth: Destroy monster effect. Probably won't ever be put into effect.... considering the attack of the monster would be enough to win any realistic battle he's in anyway. Just in case, better pack an Ojama Trio, so you can kill any of those pesky "Can't be destroyed by battle" monsters. >_>

Fifth: End phase effect. More interesting. Helps keep things alive and interesting. However.... considering all the effects that are based on the type of the card that is on top of the graveyard stack....and the face that 6 out of the 7 are GOOD FOR YOU. This does very little to sway me.

Sixth: Removed from play effect. Useless and does little to hurt you, considering the monster you've already got in play.

You're right.... This is the God of Prediction. And it's prediction is "You will win. Easily.".

Now, since I'm not one to complain and leave (normally).... I'll offer up some advice to make this a more balanced and realistic creation.

You could do 1 of 2 things. Either Change the effects to this is more like the other Arcana Monsters: A coin flip with one effect that's good for you and one that's good for the opponent, or change the attack and defense of the monster to be lower..... a lot lower. Like, around 2500 or so and BTW you have good OCG sense...

Well the effect is good and well thought out. I don't see and OCG errors but I'm still a noob at spotting those (since i still make them myself) I love the picture and the background into making this card is amazing. The only things that bother me a little bit are the long effect (i don't think a person could ever read that on a real card.) and the fact that he broke off completely from the origional Arcana Forces by not having his effect decided by a coin flip. But the latter of those problems is just my personal opinion and nothing wrong with your card so i'll just deduct half of a point for the text squeeze and give this card a proud 9.5/10!

Bolded area's are the errors in the effect.

Graveyard and Deck must be capped, and you forgot a commah, and you forgot to cap the first word in a sentance. That just grammar ;)

You had an ocg error with the part about "Without calculating damage"

It's, "Without applying Damage Calculation"

Yes, I have pulled a bloodrun to everybody that reads this xD

Anyway, nice card. Just a few errors ^_^

8.98/10

BTW, 5800!

coin flip: heads what you already have

tails control of this card switches to your opponent and your opponent gets the heads effect for this monster as well as control of this card cannot switch

extra effect: this card is uneffected by any card effect that would select one of its effects or that would change the result of the first coin flip.

coin flip like the rest of this set and "protects" it from second coin toss, light barrier, etc.
