My Zelda set (400+)

Ok I wouldn't say my grammar is horrible. It isn't exact to Yu-Gi-Oh grammar, but it makes sense, which is all that should matter. Also if Link, Holder of Courage is so overpowered, tell me how it is, so I have a way of fixing. I don't believe it's too powerful, but please tell me exactly how it is. I only had one card that is attended to be a joke, and it was obvious. All the others are serious.

a few ideas Jappio, well first you can make red suit link, blue suit... etc. and a few sub bosses on the game, i know there are many boses so make more of them, and on majoras mask; there was a time where your giant link, with the giant mask. try these

The Triforce Cards could use some work

 

I have an Idea use the 2 Triforce pics from the show. I am sure some one has pics from the old cartoon.

First derekwst. I have already made Link's tunic, I just made them equips instead of making different Link's for them. I went with some more bosses as you suggested, I went with a few ALttP bosses. I didn't get too many bosses, but I wanted to move onto the next thing you ask. Next as you asked, the Giants mask, I made it, and a whole bunch more of the masks, I did plan on making more. I've been neglecting the masks. A few masks I don't know what I'll do for them, I'll figure it out though.

 

Second jawsisra. I do not have any liking for the TV show, if I used anything from it, it would be a joke card. So was your only problem with the Triforce cards were the pictures? If so then I don't think I'll do anything about that, I personally like the pictures I used.

My god, there are a lot of masks. I only have two more I have to do, then I'll be good for the masks from MM. I'll have to think of some cards to go with the two masks, so I could use a few suggestions if anyone has some ideas.

Also, make KORL (King of Red Lions), possibly the ship-thingy

Sorry for the backgrounds, but I do the best I can. You could say just take the image a give it a background, but that would require me to save the pic, give it a background, then put it on the card, and I don't want to take the time to do that. Well I have noticed majority of the time people ask for bosses, which I guess I understand. I am running out of ideas for the bosses. I know I'm missing a lot, but you have to remember a lot of Zelda bosses are the same thing (I think every game has a Gohma), so I can't do those for every game. Also some bosses would have too similar of an effect as another boss, and I'd like to avoid that. So I'll still take requests, but I can't promise another post of just pure bosses, its getting hard.

I completely forgot about those last two masks. So I did them, also since no suggestions recently, found some things of my own to do. Sorry that one of my cards is an exact rip off of Ceasefire, but Ceasefire is one of my favorite cards, so I wanted to do a Zelda themed one. It was hard to find pictures for the songs, nothing really great out there, but I did the best I could. At least I didn't just do the plain old screen shots of just the notes. Oh I also screwed up and forgot to include Lullaby on the cards, so that is why the wording of Zelda's lullaby is longer than needed. Please, make requests, they make this more fun when I know I'm doing something someone wants to see. If no requests, I think I might redo more minor creatures, make stuff like Octorok #2, since you can't have enough Octoroks.

Here are my suggestions though,

 

Harp of ages,

take away the skip draw phase effect, skipping the second most important phase of the game is brutal.

 

Ganon's tower,

Give it a second effect, one that isn't an attack booster.

 

Sun's Song,

Ceasefire rip off makes me cry ;_;.

Ok Ryu, you got lucky. Normally I would not change a card, but I will make an exception for Ganon's Tower. G'dorf does deserve a better card, so I did change it. I might go about changing the harp too, but I'll have to get back to that one, I don't want my post to only be about altered cards, I had too many new ones I wanted to do. Well then, still waiting for suggestions, but also if you point out a card that is cheap, and say HOW it is cheap, then I might just go and fix it.

 

I also realize that the backgrounds on these aren't very good, well nontechnically non existent. I've probably stated this before, but I don't care. I know that these aren't exactly Yugioh cards in wording or in art. Well that really doesn't matter, because what I see matters is the understanding of them. I do not care if I don't word it exactly right, you still know what it does and how it works. Same goes for pictures. I agree that backgrounds would be nice, but to complain about the lack of one is just silly. I'd love to do them, but the best art of a lot of these cards happen to not have background. I also do not wish to have to edit every picture, I don't want to spend that much time on one card. I just felt the need to re-rant, sorry to disturb you with this if you aren't one to nitpick like that.

Well here is another batch, I decide to do a few toons. I only did one at first, but then saw some pics that I could use for the others, I couldn't resist. Isn't Toon Sheik so cute.

I LOL'd at the toons and Miyamoto. The Pot needs to specify the fifth roll on the boost it gives. It doesn't specify how much more attack it gives. Other than that you made very good cards.

 

edit: I jsut noticed Zelda is a DARK type, any reason why?

Because I goofed a lot on these. I keep making stupid mistakes. Ok, on my last batch, Wall master should say "Battle damage is applied. Pot should give 1000 Atk. Toon Zelda should be a light and a spellcaster.

This is it. I have now finally done it. I have now achieved

 

300+!!!!!!

 

That is right. With these next 10 cards, I pass the 300 mark. It has been great so far. Now some may think, time to stop, that is a great number and the ideas have run out. Some others may think, keep going, don't stop ever, its been easy up till now, go till its comepletely dry. Well I am going to have to pick a middle point. The only cards I've posted have been Zelda card. I love Zelda, it is my favorite series. Yet just because its my favorite doesn't mean I don't like others. I am now going to change my attention to something else (I'm thinking Kirby, but I'm not sure yet).

 

I am not done with Zelda though, and I will make more cards. At this point I am having a hard time with making new cards though. I can't seem to find any more pics of Zelda I like (I can be sort of picky with my choice in art style). Link and Ganondorf pictures I'm sure are now scarce to find new ones. I can't seem to figure out what equipments I've missed, what still needs to be covered. I know there is still plenty I could do (500 isn't that far away), but I just can't think straight about what to make.

 

So as a way to make my life easier (yeah, I'm lazy, too bad!) I will now request that you people give me suggestions. The only way I'll get any new Zelda cards done is by someone making a suggestion. You can either:

 

A. Give me a card you'd like to see done (Ex: Can you do a new Zora card, based off of the Zora Prince (yeah, I didn't do him... did I... Oh well, maybe later).

 

B. Give me a pick to put on a card (Ex: I want this pick *insert link* to be on a card). I'll make up the effect and junk.

 

Also I can't promise I'll always do the usually 10 per post after this. I also apologize because every now and again I will have to bump this thread so I can get requests, if this falls to the bottom of the page, no one will see any new Zelda cards by me, so I will have to keep it bumped from time to time.

Well, I actually decided to return to this set. The fact I was missing a Wizzrobe card bothered me, so I had to make one. And I don't like to make a post of only one card, so I had to 9 more. The same offer as before holds, if you have a request, I'll see if I can do anything with it.

I find Miniblin to be rather broken, it's way too easy of a special summon requirement and has high attack with it.

Well, you might be right, but I personally don't find it to be too bad. Chances are that thing is going to die in so many different ways then battle. And if it does die in battle, it probably means there is something on the field stronger than it, so it coming back is no good use. Things like Treeborn Frog and other monster that can't be destroyed by battle are obnoxious, and aren't cheap. I understand mine are stronger than those cards, but thats because mine has such a more specific way of coming back, and for it to even happen, your ending up paying life points. So unless someone else really finds it that broken, I don't think I'll change it.
