RickiMinaj
During your opponent's Draw Phase, before your opponent Draws a card, you can declare a card name. If the name you declared is the card they drew, Special Summon or Set the card on your side of the field. When this card is destroyed by by battle, all cards Special Summoned by this cards effect are destroyed. As long as this card remains in your Graveyard, during the End Phase of your opponents turn, you can remove from play monsters in your Graveyard whose total Level equals the Level of a monster controlled by your opponent to return that monster to the top of your opponent's Deck. ╬「Selatcia」╬
The effect while it's in the graveyard is pretty much helping your opponent, so why would you remove your monsters from play to put your opponent's monsters back in his/her deck? Kale
hey, this card could work well in a monarch dd scout return deck w/o macro or fissure. You can remove the scout from your grave at the end of your opponent's turn to summon it instantly, then you have tribute fodder for a monarch / other level 5/6. Rinse repeat. ^_^ Nice card, if it were real I'd take it for sure. 9.4/10, one of my highest ratings.
Guest JoshIcy
I absolutely adore the image  *pants* XD jk jk, but i do love it. This card does remind me of "Dark Designator" and some old school card from Pharoahs Servant or something... and puts them to good use in one card ^_^ 9/
