zelda_tp_fan
My friend is trying to build a macro monarch deck. He has most of the cards needed (the monarchs, the remove from play cards, etc) though, he lacks some others... basically, he just needs a deck list to work off of... he only has one solemn judgement, and he lacks cyber valleys which could be a problem... thanks for the help... The Dark One
Enemy Controller. You can use Magic Drain instead of Dark Bribe. (And the one Solemn)
