You can detach 2 materials from this card (Quick Effect); target 3 Spells/Traps or 3 monsters from either GY: Special Summon them to your opponent's field in face-down Defense Position and shuffle them on the field, Spells/Traps Summoned by this effect are treated as Normal Monsters (Illusion-Type/LIGHT/Level 5/ATK 0/DEF 0). Monsters summoned this way cannot be Flip Summoned the turn they are Summoned. You can only activate this effect of "Millenium Hats" once per turn. When this card declares an attack on an opponent's monster: you can return that monster to its owner's hand.

 

There's a bunch of stuff that you can potentially do with this card. You can disrupt the GY, clog the opponent's field (and play around Evenly Matched), set a couple of flip monsters, and bounce a spell/trap or monster that you want back to your hand. There's also some nonconventional stuff that you can do which I tried to mitigate, such as using archetypal spells/traps as materials for generic or archetypal extra deck monsters.
