This Card make so much time, in 2009 I think, and the past of time I update this card, and this his final version, I hope you like it, my cards be on Spanish, but I create this card too on English, what do you think? :D

Card Name: The Dragon must be stopped!

Description/Effect

When your opponent summons one or more Dragon-type monsters or “Dragon” is mentioned in their name, activate this card; as long as this card is activated, each time the opponent summons Dragon-type monsters or “Dragon” is mentioned in their name, it negates the effect of that/those monsters, and they cannot perform an attack in the Battle Phase.

Description/effect from my first version on english.

this magic card is activated when the opponent attacks with a dragon type monster, the dragon is stopped with this magic card during 1 turn of the possessor of this card.

It's pretty situationnal but its a good side-deck option. It would be so much more powerful as a quick-spell card tho, but idk if it's needed.

I would love it so much on Master Duel rn with the new broken Dragon cards ...

Thank you so much, yes it's a little situational, and exist a lot of cards in your name "Dragon" but don't type dragon, in a world imaginary I hope my card help you so much.
