I don't know a lot about uchiha Madara but shouldn't he be able to use sharingan since he's an uchiha? Plus, didin't obito die from kakashi's past, or did he just get a really injured face and then was rescued by the Akatsuki? I'm not that far in the manga only in volume 34 or 35 or somethin.
