But First He Lit It On Fire
The First Knife of The Winnower (DARK) Rank 12 Psychic/Xyz/Effect 7+ cards with matching Levels/Ranks/Links Must be Xyz Summoned, and if it is; Attach all other cards on the field to it as Material. Cannot be Tributed or used as Material. Unaffected by other cards and their effects. This card gains ATK/DEF equal to it’s attached material’s ATK/DEF. Opponent’s cards and their effects on the field are Negated. You can Detach and Banish 1 Material from this card (Quick Effect); From your hand, Deck/Extra Deck, or GY, Special Summon 1 monster, OR, Activate 1 Spell/Trap. During each End Phase; Attach all cards that are Banished or in the GY to this card. During each Draw Phase, if this card has less than 7 attached Materials; Banish it Facedown. ATK/? DEF/?  So The Witness in Destiny is this massive gestalt of minds, bodies and souls, collapsed into this sorta self-brainwashed cosmic god of Darkness, hellbent on seizing the power of it’s opposite, The Traveler, to remake and calcify the entire universe into it’s ideal state… “The Final Shape” if you will. I tried to base this card’s effects off of their in-universe power level and lore… It requires 7+ Materials of equal Levels/Ranks/Links to be Xyz summoned, and 7 of any attached Materials to remain “Stable” on the field, lest it collapse upon itself. But in exchange for such extreme demands, it has VASTLY powerful effects and protections while on the field. Upon being Xyz summoned, it automatically consumes all other cards on the field, and from there it gains ATK/DEF equal to those of its attached materials. It also can’t be Tributed or used as Material, and is unaffected by other cards and their effects. It even acts as a sorta SUPER-“Jinzo” by Negating ALL of your opponents card effects on the field. Going into the Detach effect, you can Detach and Banish 1 material from it on a Quick Effect to, from nearly anywhere, either Special Summon any 1 monster OR activate 1 Spell/Trap. And lastly, it devours all cards that are Banished or in the GY, adding onto it’s roiling gestalt.
