L853RCHU Posted July 10 Author Report Share Posted July 10 Velo Cyborg Monster Effect WATER Level 3 Machine 1400 ATK 0 DEF All "Velo" monsters you control gain 400 ATK during the Battle Phase. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can tribute this card to target 1 monster on the field; return that target to the hand. During either player's turn: You can discard this card; inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. This is all the old cards I made with the Old Yu-Gi-Oh!
