Russellah
I created a set of Assassin card with a cool concept. I figured that assassins are stealth so the longer they are face-down the better. Tell me what you think. I will add some support spell cards and more monsters later. N00B Hunter
"FIRST" of all, your cards aren't "FIRST" edition, unless they have a gold sticker... as I can see, they don't have a gold sticker, so they're not "FIRST" edition... You have 1 tribute card for each non-tribute card... make 2 tribute monsters for every 4 or 5 non-tributes... I also noticed that your "Assassin Master" is an "assassin monster", but does not have their text... so either change the text to make is an "assassin monster", or remove "Assassin" in the type-text. This strategy is useless... the problem with it is that your monsters are made to take many turns in face-down Defense Position... however, they all have low Defense and no means of returning to face-down Defense Position. One attack is all it takes to change a card from face-down to face-up remember... so, if your opponent just attacks all the face-down he/she sees and suspects are assassin monsters, then you're screwed... Also, your card's beneficial texts don't work together (some destroy cards, some give ATK, the texts are all over the place!). You need to have your texts based around a common strategy, if you want to make these cards worth anything.. right now, they hardly meet the mark. Certified-Immortal
I Agree With The Guy Above The Guy Above Me. But I Must say I Like The Idea And Every Card In The Set. Overall 8/
Russellah
"FIRST" of all' date=' your cards aren't "FIRST" edition, unless they have a gold sticker... as I can see, they don't have a gold sticker, so they're not "FIRST" edition...[/quote']Dude... No one cares. You have 1 tribute card for each non-tribute card... make 2 tribute monsters for every 4 or 5 non-tributes... I also noticed that your "Assassin Master" is an "assassin monster"' date=' but does not have their text... so either change the text to make is an "assassin monster", or remove "Assassin" in the type-text.[/quote']I said i would make more. It's not Like i've already started printing them. (or ever plan to) Also' date=' your card's beneficial texts don't work together (some destroy cards, some give ATK, the texts are all over the place!). You need to have your texts based around a common strategy, if you want to make these cards worth anything.. right now, they hardly meet the mark.[/quote']Their effects aren't supposed to be similar to each other except for the means of activating them. This strategy is useless... the problem with it is that your monsters are made to take many turns in face-down Defense Position... however' date=' they all have low Defense and no means of returning to face-down Defense Position. One attack is all it takes to change a card from face-down to face-up remember... so, if your opponent just attacks all the face-down he/she sees and suspects are assassin monsters, then you're screwed...[/quote'] In a Strategy you start of with some basic effect monsters then you build up with spell and trap cards.
