During your Standby Phase, both players destroy 1 card they control. If this card destroys 4 Spell or Trap Cards by this effect, you can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Mobius The Frost Monarch" from your hand or Deck. This Special Summon is treated as a Tribute Summon.
