Must be Special Summonned by tributing the above cards you control (you do not use "Polymerization") and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways (This is treated as a Fusion Summon). Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card Special Summon. When this card is Special Summoned, you can pay any amount of LP; this card gain ATK/DEF equal to the amount you paid. This card cannot be targeted by, and is unnafected by other card effects, also cannot be Tributed and cannot be used as material for a Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz or Link Summon. Gain 1000 ATK/DEF for each card in your Hand. During either player turn, you can apply 1 of the following effects (Quick Effect);
● Each time the opponent Normal or Special Summon a monster, it loses 2000 ATK/DEF, then if its ATK or DEF has been reduced to 0 as a result, destroy it;
● You can tribute 2 cards. you control: Destroy all monsters your opponent control;
● You can pay 1000 LP: Send 1 card on the field to the GY.
When this card leaves the field; Special Summon 1 "Slifer, The Sky Dragon", 1 "Obelisk, The Tormentor" and 1 "The Winged Dragon Of Ra", from your GY or Banished, Ignoring their Summoning conditions, then add 1 "Holactie, The Creator Of Light" from your Deck, GY or Banished to your Hand, also if you Activate "True Name": Special Summon the added monster by tributing the Monsters Special Summonned by this effect (This is treated as "Holactie, The Creator Of Light" Special Summon). Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this effect activation.

This card is pretty cool and its effects are interesting ! It would probably be better with a ?/? ATK/DEF, and also you need to reword the Quick Effect as such:

"Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can apply 1 of the following effect.

The Idea of the card is to be the 3 beasts in 1 card, só the 4000 atk and def stands for obelisk. Also the Quick effect is intends to be more than once per turn, being each dot representing 1 of the 3. And maybe some would say its broken, but the 3 beasts are Very difficult to be out, even individually and their effects Just do not pay off how difficult they are to summon, specially the 3 toghter. So i think its not broken, because they Just need decent pay off for the 3 being summonned.
