Cannot be Special Summoned. Must be Summoned by shuffling all cards on the field and all monsters in both GYs, and Banishments into the Deck, and cannot be Summoned by other ways. This card’s ATK/DEF is equal to 200 × the number of cards shuffled for its Summon.
Negate all of your opponent’s monster effects that apply while this card is face-up on the field. This card cannot attack directly, and during the turn it is Summoned, halve all battle damage inflicted to your opponent. During your End Phase: Destroy all other monsters you control, also their effects cannot be activated in response to this effect. (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation of a monster effect or the Summon of a monster, up to thrice per turn.

 

Creators Notes:
It's an anti-meta card. It resets board states, and shuts off lingering effects so a turn 1 opponent cant pop off and then hit you with 20 negates - least not without a trap card.  I actually made it with Master duel in mind. I debated adding tribute protection and it would probably be a better card for it, but I decided to not have that and see what you all think

I was thinking Fiber Jar meets Ra Sphere Mode meets Nibiru.

Strengths: 

• Good against spammy combo metas. 
• Very nice stat lines. 
• Summon negation is strong. 

Weaknesses. 

• Spells, Traps and Kaijus.
• Extremely bricky outside of a turn 2 opening hand.
• Doesn't end games immediately - just resets the game state a little.

I actually like the idea. Maybe implement a minimum requirement of cards needed to be shuffled from your field and graveyard. Or have it be that if the opponent controls more cards than you do. Because as is, I can see it being an active turn 2 lock that would be hard to out.

It's already way too strong in that state. Fiber Jar, which is like a way worse version of this is already banned, and will never be unbanned bc of how good and toxic it is
