Making a boss monster for a custom archetype, but it needs balancing desperately

My suggestions:
1. You don't need to say what to change the effect from.

2. Destroying half of their face up cards may not be very clear. What if they have three? Also, which monsters do you destroy?

3. Increasing the ATK by 3000 possibly every turn is a little bit overpowered.

4. Does the special summoning of the monsters include ignoring their summoning conditions? Does the XYZ monster get materials?

5. Maybe change the last part of the fourth effect to "Target 3 cards in your opponent's graveyard; banish them.

6. You could change the fifth effect to "Add three spells or traps from your deck to your hand. If one of the cards is a trap, you can set and activate it at any time this turn."

Overall, an absolute unit. I'm not good at balancing existing card effects especially with custom archetypes. I also have some cards that need feedback. If you could check those out as well, I would much appreciate it!
