silverlighted Posted July 10, 2008 Report Share Posted July 10, 2008 Interesting cards, and I actually like your inclusion of vanilla monsters.Looking over the other posts, here's my two cents:-I think Lucario's fine as he is. Midgame, he's a potential 5000atk monster, but he IS a level 7. So I don't defintely don't think he's underpowered. Maybe slightly overpowered even...-Sonic's double atk is too useful I think. Normally double attacking needs some sort of attack reduction, but he has a healthy 2500 atk. Maybe 22/2300 instead? I dunno.-I actually think your original Fire Emblem setup was fine as it was. Anyway not only have I made some new cards, but I've also umproved Sonic from SilverLighted's feedback (Thanks SilverLighted by the way), so as usual please tell me what you think about them; Oh and Luffy789, Like I said, there wasn't really anything I can do for Pichu's image sadly (Which is anoying since it's picture sucks) and I don't want to go every character an effect, which includes Pickachu, but I still apreaciate the feedback, so thx. Oh, And RoyalRoaster, I'm quite curious about your Brawl set, so where can I find it on the forums? Don't worry, I'm not gonna steall any of your ideas or anything, I just want to make sure I don't make a card/effect that somebody else has already done. I like how you also made their effect reflective on their card level too. Nice. edit: actually, maybe Ness's atk bonus could be a bit better. It might on the underpowered side. Like I know that making everything equalpowered is difficult if not impossible because of diversity issues. I dunno, maybe at least make the increase 6/700 instead of 500? You could also make the stages as fields, attacks, and obstacles(e.g., the Mario Kart racers that run you over in Brawl). Anyway NeatHat35, I had already thought of those ideas, and also I was not only going to use the Smash ball as a magic card to summon Final Smash Characters, but also, I had an idea to sacrifice the ordinary character as well (So for example, sacrifice Mario to Special Summon Final Smash Mario). But I'll do the Final Smash Characters (And the magic/Trap cards) later. Anyway, sorry that I haven't been able to update for roughly a week, I've been at my bridging week (Where I try out College), but I'm off for the Summer holidays now, so I'm back! Here are some new cards to start things off yet again: Oh, and heres the improved version of Lucas from SilverLighted's feedback: Special thanks to SilverLighted of course. Oh and by the way, just like with Pichu's image, Young Links image is terrible, so I'm really sorry about that, but it could of been worse, as this was the draft version of Young Link: LOL! I know SSBB fan, I decided that he would look better that way, as the only other image there was available was a picture of Kirby using his side special attack (Hammer), which looked a bit naph (Rubbish) to be onest, since he looked all dopey and everything (No offence to Kirby fans!). Oh and by the way, when you look at the very right hand side, where you see a persons name and number of stars, how do u make your own quote, image and also in the actual post itself, the extra little comments/images at the bottem underneath the actual message? I was hoping to start doing mine as well since I'll be here a wile, designing these types of cards since i still need to do magic and trap cards, Final Smash Character cards, and also boss cards etc (I won't say anymore, as I really hate giving, and hearing, spoilers). This monster can activate 1 of the following effects depending on the selected monster's Attribute:·FIRE: Destroy 1 of your opoment's monster cards on his/her side of the field.·WATER: Destroy 1 of your oppoment's Magic or Trap Cards on his/her side of the field.·EARTH: Select 1 of your face-up monster cards (Excluding this card) on your side of the field and increase it's ATK by 500 points.·LIGHT: Increase your Life Points equal to the selected monster card's DEF points.·DARK: Inflict Direct Damage to your oppoment's Life Points equal to the selected monster card's ATK points.As long as there is at least 1 monster card on your side of the field as well as this card, this monster cannot be destroyed as a result of battle (Battle Damage is still calculated). TurboTom Posted July 25, 2008 Author Report Share Posted July 25, 2008 No one has rated those two new cards? oh well, here are some more anyway, and i've also improved Meta Knights card as well because i realised that he couldn't be Normal or Set Summened, but he could still be Tribute Summoned as well as Special Summoned, so i needed to change that into this: Two more will be on their way tommorrow (Hopefully), as I've made the actual card, but not the images, so i'll need to play as those two characters (Not saying their names since that will spoil the surprise!) in Brawl, take a picture of it and put it onto my computer using an SD card (If it works...). But i suppose i can tell you that one of them is my first Ultra Rare card. P.S: If your having trouble reading Kind DeDeDe's description, then here it is: The king of Dream Land is nothing more than a selfish Penguin (Or Eagle?) bent on getting rid of Kirby. But ever since the Sub-Space army came up, he's been helping not only Kirby, but also everyone else as well by fighting along side them and inventing the DeDeDe Badges to revive the Luigi, Ness and Kirby Trophies(When Kirby swallows Peach's/Zelda's Badge that is). [/quote'] Oh, so thats why he gave me such a bad rating LOL! Anyway Drugzfree, i know this will sound very newbish, but what is Photobucket and how do i get onto it (If it's a website of course)? After that however, i'll know what to do (I think) so thx. Oh and I'll take ur feedback into consideration and change Meta-Knight into a warrior type, it's just that i think i've made to many warrior types (Since its a fighting game) and also I don't think that meta-knight is really human to be onest (He's actualy just Like Kirby underneath that mask of his, except for the fact that hes black with yellow eyes...and mouth, and he has a more serious look), so i made him abeast warrior type, but if u think he'll look better as a warrior type, then fair enough. Anyway i'll finish off the new cards i'm making and when i find out what photobucket is and how to get it, i'll finish the cards i couldn't do as well and post them on here.
