Zetsumei75
It would probably be pretty hard to summon this since you don't really see too many decks with a lot of fire and water monsters together. Either way, I love this card. It's effect is pretty balanced. Interesting name, and picture. I give this card an 8.5/

Phantasy Dreamz
i would say that is one of the most overused pix............... and that dragon has a light and dark side too.... just look at the wings.......... just for the effect, ill give it 4/10... The Dark Master
That is ironically low. The pic doesn't mean that it HAS to be light and dark. The pic matches the card, and that is what matters! Pls explain why it is so low. Cards aren't just their pics. The pic doesn't really matter! That isn't a good rating! pls...explain *must calm down* That is the lowest rating I have ever received on a card... I get the feeling you just give my cards low ratings cuz my harpies pwned yours
Phantasy Dreamz
Raging Inferno Frost Dragon-*i see water, not frost This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 FIRE and 2 WATER Type monsters from your Graveyard (easy to summon). If this card is in Defense Position, destroy it. This card cannot be destroyed ("by battle with) by a FIRE or WATER Type monster. If this card is destroyed, you may add 1 monster to your hand (doesnt designate where from) with 2000 ATK or less and show it to your opponent. If the monster you added to your hand was a FIRE Type monster, you may Special Summon it to your side of the field for 2 turns (2 of your turns?? 2 regular turns??). If it was a WATER Type monster, inflict 1000 direct damage to your opponent's Life-Points. (the FIRE effect should of inflict instead of the WATER effect) ~thats bout it
The Dark Master
Your changes make no sense. If something is left out, you naturally assume it's from anywhere. You consider that easy to summon?!?! chya right! If it doesn't state "2 of your turns" then it means REGULAR turns, look at the card Final Countdown. Well I see frost, not water. I said it can't be destroyed by a fire or water card because that includes it's effect if you leave it like that. Look at the actual card, Flame and Frost Dragon. Does that look like frost to you?!?! This card was somewhat based to make a better version of it...Why do you think the fire effect should be the water effect?!?! Broken Rating I know you don't speak english well, but you should seriously learn the english ocg before you comment on what shouldn't be... Zetsumei75
Phantasy does have a point with the fire card should be the one inflicting the life point damage instead of the water. Fire cards are usually burn cards, and water aren't. Just explaining that little bit of his reasoning. ^_^
The Dark Master
I picture Fire as the stronger one, the one that comes back even after it is gone. I figure that if it is like that, then it should be the one who comes back
Zetsumei75
That's a good point too. It's your card, so you can make it how you want (I like it either way, hence the 8.5 from me) I was just explaining why he said the fire should be the damage inflicter. I like your reasoning better though, fire is the stronger element. (I'm kind of a pyromaniac ^_^)

3cchiFr3ak
it pays to listen. i agree with Phantasy Dreamer on your mistakes. though the rating was awfully low, i still think its a great card to have around. lastly, it IS your card but i like the idea of FIRE monsters with burning effects
Amethyst Phoenix
8/10, great job. It'd be interesting to see a deck based on this card.
N00B Hunter
I have to say, your OCG is pretty bad and your effect.. well, that comes later. Anyway, your picture is great (I've only seen it on a newbie's card, so I can consider this the first time... lol), but you've got an unoriginal idea. I rewrote the effect to the extent that I understand it: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 FIRE and 2 WATER monsters in your Graveyard from play. If this card is in Defense Position' date=' destroy it. When this card battles a FIRE or WATER monster, it cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is destroyed, you may show your opponent 1 monster with 2000 ATK or less that is removed from play, or is in your deck, Graveyard, or on your side of the field and add it to your hand. If the monster you added to your hand was a FIRE monster, you may Special Summon it to your side of the field for 2 turns, and then destroy it. If it was a WATER monster, inflict 1000 Points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points. [/quote'] Oh, god... that effect is terrible. There's no flow between effects, and, unspecified as it is, your monster is overpowered.. I'm probably repeating some of "Phantasy"'s remarks, but this is what I think."This monster can only be Special Summoned or Set by removing 2 FIRE and 2 WATER monsters in your Graveyard from play." (Easy to summon... you could "Foolish" some cards, and play a predominantly weak monster, stall deck until you get "Raging" out...)."If this card is in Defense Position, destroy it. When this card battles a FIRE or WATER monster, it cannot be destroyed by battle." (Would be balanced, but it has a tertruary specification that rides on its destruction... so you could summon this guy, put him in Defense Position, and you could get your "Gaia Soul", or pull out "Pyron" and then 2nd Summon... heck, this would even make "Firestorm Prominence" a good card!)"When this card is destroyed, you may show your opponent 1 monster with 2000 ATK or less that is removed from play, or is in your deck, Graveyard, or on your side of the field and add it to your hand. If the monster you added to your hand was a FIRE monster, you may Special Summon it to your side of the field for 2 turns, and then destroy it. If it was a WATER monster, inflict 1000 direct damage to your opponent's Life-Points." (Yeah... like I said: with his suicide effect, this would work great in any strategy -- "Warrior of Atlantis", "Abyss Soldier", "Deepsea Warrior", "The Legendary Fisherman", etc. monsters that you lost in battle or by a card effect get a second chance, after being RFG! It's like a perfect circle, but without a free summon at least... o' course this would be even better for FIRE monsters, because they get the free summon... and what happens to them after 2 turns? I destroyed the guy, but I'm not sure what you were aiming for.)So, I find this card to be overpowered now... You see, he's got fine ATK (Say "aggro"), he's also got battle invulnerability against 1/3 of the attributes (Now say "stall"). Finally, the guy has the ability to ressurect any 2000 ATK or lower FIRE or WATER monster; if it's FIRE, you summon the guy for 2 turns (That's "Perfect Circle"), while a WATER monster would deal 1000 LP damage to your opponent (And "Burn").. So, you've got an idea that incorporates the 3+1 most important strategies of dueling into 1 card -- that's overpowered. The picture is cool, and the effect is nice at a glance. But this card is broken, it does too many different things.(NOTE: We've already got "Frost and Flame Dragon"... we don't need another one like it..) ~ Chidori-Kun
you have a few ocg errors
Sekigawa_Brothers
it's a really great card. one ocg error you could fix would say "This card cannot be destroyed in battle by a FIRE or WATER monster". Also, I think the last two effects should be switched since a lot of FIRE monsters have burn effects and WATER monsters have more Special Summoning effects. those are just some suggestions; i'm not saying you have to do them.
TheDeathSeraph
um yeah there is only one error in your ocg and that is the destroyed by battle thing, while common sense would dictate an answer for pretty much everything you omit *subtle glance at Phantasy* you should really clarify that u mean both battle and card effects. Aside from that i see no problem, nice card, not too overpowered (i have already come up with several plans to destroy it) so overall an 8/10 :)
