This card's effect is pretty original, but it would be a bit difficult to make useful in an actual duel. By the way, all attributes are supposed to be in caps. There's an 1800 ATK monster from RDS that changes its Attribute once per turn. That begs to be abused. Otherwise, this card can be confusing to use. Still, the concept is solid.
