Ouch... that hurt...

Oh, sorry, you missed my frontal lobe exploding from the effort of making sense of your card OCG... it's pretty terrible. ("Lightning Charge" is so obscure, I have a hard time understanding what it does...)

Here's the card reviews, it's a no-scope snipe:

"Sartyr" has a bad Beast-Warrior effect base, but its Winged Beast effect base is amazing. If your opponent plays a Warrior ("Six Samurai") or Machine ("Cyber") deck, this monster can spell out b-a-t-t-l-e l-o-c-k-d-o-w-n pretty quickly... it can take on any Cyber Dragon and also beats "Grandmaster" with room to spare...

"Drexxes" doesn't even make sense. Her effect states that only she can change her ATK and DEF, yet she doesn't have an effect that changes her ATK and DEF... anyway, both of her effects are pretty strong. Her first effect makes her a living "Chain Energy" that targets only YOUR OPPONENT'S monster summons, but for 50 LP less... *which is worth it, making her a great self-sustaining burn card* while her secondary base effect is definitely overpowered, great RFG control right there (with "Soul Absorbtion", that's 1000 LP per turn... and the chance to discard a card from your opponent's hand without replacement.). So she's broken.

"James" is still a little undecided.. I'm not sure what "NeverEnding Gun" is, but his effect is overpowered, so it's just a matter of variability. His first effect will give you max. 1500 LP each turn... which is alright, but not what we're after. His second base effect is insane. "Warrior" monsters can't be removed from the field? That means by battle, card effect, whatever. Play this guy in a "Six Samurai" deck, and you'll fill the field in easily two or three turns... he is very overpowered in his effect.

"Thines" is also too strong... 250 damage in a turn isn't so bad (again, your primary base effects are usually underpowered.), but adding an S & T card to your deck every turn? Have you seen DMoC, "Spell Restoration", and "Magical Stone Excavation"? The last 2 add 1 Spell to your hand for the cost of 2 discards, and yours goes for free, target both S & T cards!!

"Travium" tops the charts with summoning restraint and effect power... his first effect is fair enough, just power the ATK down to 2400 to make him more balanced. But the second effect... adding 3 cards from your Graveyard to your deck, one of each kind, is so unfigmentably overpowered, I'm suprised you even considered that a possibility! Regardless of the cost, getting your "Marshmallon" back into your deck is probably worth it, especially if you're also getting "Swords of Revealing Light" and "Ceasefire" (that would be typical of a burn deck..). However, only being able to tribute an 8-star monster is hard... but a hard summon doesn't make for a balanced card. This attempt at a card shames the Perfect Circle style of strategy.

Woo! "Asterix" is also waay to strong! Looking at his 3 effects here:

FAIRY -- ultimate stall... just risk damage for 1 turn, and then put him in defense mode for an impenetrable defense (unless your opponent is stocking a "Skill Drain" in their deck, which is unlikely). *stall*

WARRIOR -- this is a nice effect and would go well on a monster as a singular effect, but is mismatched with its 2 partners. *aggro*

ZOMBIE -- OCG error here, and a big one. When he's sent to the Graveyard, he gains 3000 ATK, but you don't say that he gets re-summond.. so you've got a 3000 ATK monster sitting around in the Graveyard (or did you plan on not having an SS mech?). If you just forgot to include that, then he's overpowered because the effect also fails to state that if he's sent to the Graveyard after his effect has already activated, he doesn't come back... plus, he deals damage after his first reincanation *stall, aggro, burn*

I would get this guy out and then immediately go for the Fairy of Zombie effect because of how powerful they are. He's overpowered...

I guess you lost your "thunder" (pardon the pun) at the S & T...

"Lighning Charge" is too hard to read (do you normally write like that?) so I'm ignoring it...

"Elemental Curse Chain" is a Normal Spell, making it only activatable during your turn, but can only be activated on your opponent's turn, when he/she declares an attack. In that, it's completely useless... if it was a Quick-play Spell, then it would make a little more sense, but you have some noun confusion. First you remove "that card" (no idea which one... the attacking monster or your monster) from play, and then re-summon it, which means absolutely nothing really happened. And then, when this card goes to the Graveyard (which is does right after its targeting effects are finished up, unless it's a Continuous Spell -- which means you couldn't activate it on your opponent's turn), the monster that you RFPed, and then re-summoned, is sent the Graveyard. So, this is basically an overcomplicated "Sakuretsu Armor"... overpowered because another version of "Sakuretsu Armor" would add too many cards that control attack/field to the TCG.

====================

I've got to say, those pictures are excellent. But that's about the only thing that is excellent, or good for that matter. You need to fix some major OCG problems (should I list them?) and really balance your cards out...

Well, don't expect pity. You wanted ratings, and I gave you ratings...

Looking at your card quality, I would suggest posting 1 or 2 cards together, editing them to high quality, and then moving on to another 1 or 2 cards. That way you can slowly make good cards, instead of going onto the web, pulling out 8 pictures, and thinking of some seemingly-innovative idea and roughly throwing it on 6 cards with different attributes.

You want help fixing cards? I'll do 1 or 2...
