Pamansazz's Image 2 Cards

"PAMANSAZZ IMAGE COLLECTION".

 

I was looking in 'Pamansazz' Gallery when i noticed that 3 to 4 cards had the same Element Eg. Fire or Water.

 

I have made 2 Attribute's, Water, and Fire.

 

FIRE

 

Eireen, the Fire Dragon

Card Lore

This monster can Attack 2 monster's per turn, if it does, half the ATK of this monster, until 2 turns later, at the end of your Opponent's turn.

 

Blaze, the Heat Flare Dragon

Card Lore

This monster cannot be Summoned, except by sending 1 "Eireen, the fire Dragon" from your side of the field to the Graveyard. When this card is Destroyed and sent to your Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Eireen, the Fire Dragon" from your Graveyard to yout side of the field, in face-up Attack Position.

 

Hellgor, the Lava Dragon

Card Lore

1 'Tuner' monster + "Eireen, the Fire Dragon".

This monster cannot be Summoned, except by removing the monster's listed above from your side of the field, from play. When there is a "Molten Destruction" on your side of the field, this monster is Unaffected by all 'Spell' cards, that are in control by your Opponent.

 

Water

 

Trith, the Water Dragon

This monster can be Special Summoned, if a "Umi" is sent from your side of the field to your Graveyard. If this monster engages battle with one of your Opponent's monster's with a ATK of 1900, Negate the Attack, and end the turn.

 

Sharpner, the Tribal Dragon

1 'Non-Tuner' monster + 1 'Tuner' monster + 1 'Sea Serpent' type monster.

This monster cannot be Summoned, except by removing the monster's listed above from play, from your side of the field. If you have either "Trith, the Water Dragon", "Gate, the Aqua dragon", or "Polymtheus, the Tribe's King Water Dragon" on your side of the field, send 1 "Umi" from your side of the field, to the Graveyard, to Increase the ATK of that monster by 500, until the end of your Opponent's next turn.

 

Polymtheus, the Tribe's King Water Serpent

1 'Non-tuner' monster + 1 'Tuner' monster + "sharpner, the Tribal Dragon".

This monster cannot be Summoned, except by Removing the above monster's from play. If you have 15 or more 'Sea Serpent' type monster's and a "Umi" in your Graveyard, Increase the ATK of this monster by 1000, if "Umi" is removed from the Graveyard, this monster's ATK will be halved, by it's original ATK points.

Cards:

Eireen: I smell OTK. Eireen + Castle Gate = 6000 points of damage. Megamorph or Limiter (w/DNA) Eireen for 12000, a surefire OTK. In other words, it's a gamebreaker, which is good.

Blaze: I see a lot of outdated OCG (you can just say 'When this card is destroyed, Special Summon 1 "Eireen the Fire Dragon" from your Graveyard').

Sharpner: Sort of useless, except for his ATK, which is waaaaaay too high. Correct OCG is 'This card can only be Summoned by removing the monsters listed above from play. Send 1 "Umi" you control to the Graveyard to increase the ATK of 1 face-up "Trith, the Water Dragon", "Gate, the Water Dragon", or "Polymtheus, the Tribe's King Water Serpent" you control by 500 points until the End Phase.'

Polymtheus: He's actually overpowered; the ATK is way too high. His correct OCG is: 'This card can only be Summoned by removing the monsters listed above from play. If there are 15 or more Sea-Serpent-Type monsters in your Graveyard, while there is a "Umi" in your Graveyard, increase the ATK of this card by 1000 points. If this card's ATK was increased by its effect, when "Umi" is removed from your Graveyard, this card's ATK becomes 1000.'

Yeah, I like the concept of using pamansazz's images for a set. I also like pamansazz's work; my BEST CARD EVER uses one of his (her?) pics. I still think you should cut the stats on the last two (maybe 2400 ATK for Polymtheus and 2000 ATK/DEF for Sharpner?).

Arrgghh.... not more artist-oriented work.

I'm proud to say that I've never used a work by "Pamansazz", and I'll never need to. People who base their cards all around an artist usually end up with cliches and mediocre work... and quite a few of these cards reflect that.

 

"Erieen" is overpowered because it has the option of attacking twice. You could have it attack once each turn, and it won't be faced with that half-ATK problem... so, that's pretty easily dealt with.

 

 

"Blaze" is balanced, but his OCG is off, badly. I'm just going to focus on balance and a few things of OCG, though... so I don't use up all my time on a single thread. "Heat Flare" should probably be "Heat-Flare"... both of them sound kind of unoriginal... you should uncapitalize "destroyed", and since he's so similar to "Erieen", you could give him the effect: 'This monster is treated as "Eireen, the Fire Dragon" while it is face-up on the field.', that way he also works with your Synchro Monster...

 

And speaking of the Synchro Monster, well, we've got some problems. I only know about level 4 Tuner Monster that is available ([soldier of Mist Valley]), and that's still in Japan -- so this card isn't going to meet play unless you do something about the Tuner req., the level of "Erieen", or add in that tidbit I suggested to the effect of "Blaze"... And his effect is slightly overpowered -- "Molten Destruction" is going to make him a powerful aggro, but he'll also be getting Spell invulnerability, which means your opponent is going to be facing off against a 3500 beatstick resistant to "Smashing Ground", "Hammer Shot", "Lightning Vortex", etc. if you get him and "Molten Destruction" out at the same time...

Change his effect so that he's resistant only to Quick-Play, Continuous, and Equip Spells controlled by your opponent.

 

"Trith" doesn't specify where she can be Special Summoned from in her primary effect -- if it's anywhere, then you could use "Daedalus" to kill "Legendary Ocean" for a field wipe, then use the effect of 3 "Trith" monsters in your deck, hand, Graveyard, or RFP and have 4 monsters on the field -- that's 8300 LP, an instant win... So, without specification, this card is immediately broken. Her second effect is nice, something I've never thought of before. You could get rid of her primary effect, and make the effect "If this card is attacked by a monster with 1900, 2100, or 2400 ATK...", for some good strategy.

Your "Sharpner" takes 3 monsters for its Synchro Summon, but has a pretty useless effect. 500 ATK boost isn't exactly intimidating, and for the destruction of "Umi"? It isn't really worth it...

 

Man... you have major problems with Synchro Monsters -- you need to stop making them. "Polymtheus" (lvl 10) takes "Sharpner" (lvl 9), and 1 Tuner with 1 non-Tuner (lvl 2 combined at min.), so we're talking 11 levels to Synchro Summon a lvl 10 monster. The only way this is going to work out at all is if you have "Silent Insect", "Demotion", or "Legendary Ocean"... and chances of having these guys, and any one of the above listed three, is pretty low. So, he's basically impossible to summon. Not only that, it's also basically impossible to get 15 Sea Serpent-Type monsters in your Graveyard... so that effect is also pretty useless. His final part, the only effect with a circumstance that might actually happen, just hurts him... So this guy might look cool, but he's too hard to get out and basically just hurts himself.

You should lay off the Synchro Monsters... the first text you put in there removes the Synchro Material monsters from play, which isn't in any Synchro Monster's effect right now... not only that, you hardly even care about the level combination -- I guess you just looked at the effect and stats and decided a good-looking level...

You need to learn more about Synchro Monsters before you start making them.. for now, just don't.

 

Again, I know "Pamansazz" is an awesome artist, but you've got to stop making cards based around your pictures.. find pictures based around your cards. Once you start doing that a little better, then I'm sure your cards will improve :mrgreen:
