Kocrow17
Wait, I hate to bring this all back up, but - THAT WAS THE WORST HARRY POTTER BOOK EVER!No, Order of the Phoenix was the worst HP book ever. there are such large gaps in it that needed to be thought through...like, probably the biggest, the elder wand. If the elder wand was all-powerful and invincible to whoever possessed it's powers then how did Dumbledore defeat Grindelwald in a duel?Stupid!Dumbledore does not need to use magic to defeat his opponent. Rowling didn't go into detail, so we don't know how the fight went and if Dumbledore actually overpowered him. It could have been a whole "The wand, Grindlewad. It's affected you! Changed who you are! Give it to me, or risk loosing your soul!" followed by a long dramatic battle with it ending in Gindlewald handing over his wand. And, they make a big deal about Voldemort being able to fly and all, which is fair enough, but in the movies, the Death Eaters go around flying everywhere, especially in the last bit of The Order Of The Phoenix when they are all in The Department of Mysteries.Do not blame the book for mistakes of the crappy movies. WORST HARRY POTTER BOOK EVER! Also, the epilogue was so nicey-nicey.With them all being ok, they all married, had kids, wtf?how annoying! They were all like,"Oh, our teddy was snoggin our victoire" and"Don't get too friendly with him, oh, ha ha ha ha ha!"To be honest, I didn't like this either, but I guess Rowling felt there needed to be more of a conclusion than there was. okkkkkkkkkkk,And what was up with naming the kids 'Lily', 'James' and 'Albus Severus'?That is so corny!Who would name their kids after one of the parents dead parents and two Hogwarts headmasters? Why didn't Ginny name one Fred? The whole naming of their children was meant to honour those dead. I didn't mind the "Lily" and "James" thing. Why would they name a child after Fred? The other four ppl played a much larger part in their lives. If they had another child, they could name it "Hedwig" for all I card because the owl was so much more of a use than Fred was. And what about Lupin and Tonks? How come they suddenly disappeared and then you find out that they are dead? Why?Unexplained, just accept it. Maybe Rowling wanted Harry to become God Father before the book was over.
Strindom the Hedgehog™
Why did Mad-Eye have to die? And hedwig? And Lupin and Tonks and Fred and Snape?
megasean3000
Best one ever. I knew Snape wasn't a Judas. I loved the end, harry marrying ginny and ron marrying hermione. But one thing bugs me, if hermione was a smart witch y didnt she dispel the enchantments in the vault? the geminio and something. :D still very good book
Kocrow17
Why did Mad-Eye have to die? And hedwig? And Lupin and Tonks and Fred and Snape?Mad Eye - It's always a good choice to have a powerful character die at the hands of another so that he can't help the main protagonist.Hedwig - Didn't want to have to include her in the story. Lupin and Tonks - Unexplained.Fred - One of them had to die. His death was meant to show the readers that the situation was serious, that it was a life threatenign situation. Snape - Same as Mad Eye. His death was also a nice touch to the story. Made it more interseting.
Death Metal
ok here the whole book summed up into a couple sentences. harry quits school , finds horocruxes, ron leaves, ron comes back, harry dies , harry comes back to life, harry is a big star and bumps uglys with ginny.....THE END
JerryFreelance
^ Basically. I didn't really like this one; ESPECIALLY the ending. It was a pretty bad ending. They shoulda just let Harry die. And the first 200 pages were a waste of space...
The Slime Lord
I just finished the book. Man, I'm a really slow reader. I started after my mom and my sister finished. They finished it in about 3 or 4 days. I only read about 2 or 3 chapters every time I picked up the book though. Except for the last 8 or so chapters. I just read those today. And some days, I didn't even read it. I though it was alright. There were less deaths than I thought. I thought there were going to be waaay more. Oh well, at least when the charaters died, it was somewhat significant (except Colin Creevy(sp?). I thought his death was pretty pointless and unnessessary). The Slime Lord
From what I read, yeah. I'm pretty sure it happened when Harry was under the Invisability Cloak when he was about to go to the forest.

Shaco
Him and Dumbledore were friends right? Maybe in the back of his mind, he didn't want to kill Dumbledore so he let him get the upper hand? Just a thought? Also, We all know why Harry won against Voldemort, right?
