Kale Posted June 30, 2008 Report Share Posted June 30, 2008 the name doesnt fit with the effect, and it is a tad off with OCG, but it is a bit underpowered, you would have to remove 2 monsters each time, you would run out of monsters pretty quick... there arent enough monster reincarnations to help this guy with his effect. ^_^ 6.5/10...
