Jes I now.

Synchro Monsters are a new Type of Monster Card to be released in Starter Deck 2008. The color of their card frame is white. These cards are included in the Fusion Deck, now called the Extra Deck in the OCG due to Synchro Monsters not being Fusion Monsters.

Synchro Monsters require Tuner Monsters to be Summoned. When the total Level of the Tuner monster and the other monsters on your field matches the Synchro monster's Level, by sending them to the Graveyard, you can Summon the Synchro monster. Tuner Monsters can be Effect Monsters or Normal Monsters.

"Tuner" is the first secondary Type for Normal Monsters.

But I just made it a Synchro Monsters because I like how it looks.

a) Post the card fully.

b) CARD COLORS MUST BE USED PROPERLY. I don't care how cool you think it looks. Card colors exist for a reason' date=' not for cosmetics.

c) Give the OCG a bit more effort. Try and emulate real card text exactly, down to the last capital letter and comma. And stay up to date.

d) Unless you're making a Fusion or real Synchro, never press Enter/Return while making a card effect.

e) The Level, ATK, and DEF are so high, they detract from the value of the card.

f) The card is very difficult to Summon, as only 1 Spirit Reaper can be run in a Deck at once. However, it's actually overpowered, as it's almost impossible to remove from the field (it can neither be destroyed nor targeted). Eliminate the part about targeting.

g) Hence, the final OCG should be [i']This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 "Spirit Reaper" you control. This card cannot be destroyed by a card effect.[/i]

h) And, for the record, my first card pwnz this, at least as far as OCG goes.
