If you choose to do this, you can also decrease a monster's ATK by 300 points on your opponent's side of the field for every face-down Spell or Trap you destroyed.

During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.

Sssssssssssoooooooooooooooo typical. You gave Mokuba 2000 ATK; what were you thinking?!

 

Anyway, these are so blandly high-Level/unrelated effects, I won't bother rating numerically.
