"Increase the ATK of all Sea Serpent-Type monsters you control by 200 points while this card remains face-up. When you Normal Summon a Sea Serpent-Type monster, that monster may attack directly this turn, in that case, apply half the ATK of the card for damage calculation."Am I getting better?
