Edit: I am POSITIVE that I have corrected all of the OCG errors. If not, tell me where please.

Alright, my favorite card of all time is Chaos Emperor Dragon. I mean who DOESN'T like its special ability? In the inner workings of a CED deck, basically you are (obviously) trying to draw the card around your 4th or 6th turn. By then there are 18+ cards on the field and in each other's hands, which is 5600 life points worth of damage. I find that Sagan, Cyber Jar and Different Dimension Capsule + Archfiend's Oath shuffles my deck/allows me to plan my short term strategies fairly quickly. Then I came across Abyssal Designator. On its own, that card is somewhat weak. But in a match or fighting the same deck, it can be troublesome. Therefore, I created the above card to be a "replacement" in case my opponent uses Abyssal Designator or a similar card. In fact, that actually makes my Envoy Elites more powerful since they count as both removed from play cards (though that won't be much of a help except if the opponent has removed my monsters from play or I summon CED very early in the duel.) Relatively low ATK and DEF for a lvl 5 monster while also being too high for Sagan/Witch of the Black Forest should keep this card from being over powered. Also, if I discard it by using Monster Reincarnation or Graceful Charity or the like, I take 1000 damage (which means I need at least 2001 life points to activate CED's effect.) Like wise, my opponent would take 1000 damage if they used Abyssal Designator, Mirror Force, Blast Held by a Tribute, etc.

Summary: Because almost all (if not all) of the monsters in a CED deck are LIGHT and DARK and that most effects benefit by drawing cards while discarding the required cards to summon CED, counting as both sacrifices is somewhat useless in later turns. The main attraction to this card is basically that it is a circumstantial card against Abyssal Designator or like cards.

I'll be happy to take any criticism on the overpower/underpower of the card.

P.S. yes, I am sad that CED is a Forbidden Card =(. (I like using Return from a Different Dimension on NmT with CED ^_^.)

insanly pointless

Like I said, it's SUPPOSED to be circumstantial. Therefore, it would belong in the side deck. Not all cards are supposed to be awesome in every situation.

But besides that, it still does allow early CED summoning when this card is in the Graveyard, so it could be good in either the deck or side deck (but I think better in the side deck.)
