[spoiler=]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing, face-up, "Uchiha Sasuke" and by removing from play all "Uchiha Sasukes" in your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. Increase the ATK of this card by 200 for each Reptile-Type monster you control. Once per turn, you can send 1 Reptile-Type monster you control to the Graveyard to destroy 1 card on your opponent's side of the field.

Anyway, the OCG is amazing and pretty much that Sasuke card is very very very fantastic!

Well, yes but this picture has a snake in it so I thought it'd be better to include that instead of "Hawk."

did you now that Sasuke was never intended to appear in Naruto at all. He was suggested as a concept for a rival character by Masashi Kishimoto's editor and publisher; shortly after, he was added to the series.
