KOREAN2 Posted July 7, 2008 Report Share Posted July 7, 2008 This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Mage of the Fierce Flames". When this card is Special Summoned, destroy all WATER monsters your opponent controls. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Phoenix of the Fierce Flames" from your hand or Deck in Attack Position.
