When this card is Summoned, you must skip your next Draw Phase. Once per turn, you can remove from play monsters from your hand, field, and/or Graveyard. If you removed from play monsters whose total Levels equal 16 or more with this card's effect, select 1 card in your Deck, Graveyard, or one of your removed from play cards, except a card removed from play by this card's effect, and return it to the top of your Deck.

 

 

 

 

This card cannot attack your opponent directly. When this card battles, decrease its ATK by the difference of this card's Level and the opponent's monster's Level x 1000 until the end of the Damage Step. This effect cannot be negated. Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards to increase the Level of an opponent's monster by 2. If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase.

 

 

 

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 FIRE monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can reveal 1 FIRE monster in your hand; this card gains its effect(s) and half of its ATK until the End Phase. Only once, when this card inflicts damage to your opponent, you can inflict half of that damage to your opponent during their next Standby Phase.[/align]

Sionnach is whoa. Anything from anywhere. The skip your Draw Phase mechanic makes him very balanced. Slash away with a 1900 ATKer while you know what your next draw will be. It's pretty cool how you can remove him with his own effect. 10/10

 

Shirogitsune is a bit underpowered (it's great to say that about a 5600 ATK monster) but the effects are an incredible way to balance out its stat. Discarding 2 cards to up one monster by 2 levels seems big, but discarding 1 would make this relatively broken. It becomes a 1600 ATKer when it battles a Level 4, but it's an incredible utility card to wipe out all the high-level threats running around (4600 against Dark Armed, 2600 against Jinzo and Monarchs, 5600 against DMoC ftw). Obscenely awesome how you sit there with a gigantic 5600 ATK ****er and they get stuck playing weaker monsters to take him out. 10/10

 

Youkou is sick. Gaining half of its ATK and its effects can be brutal. Infernal Flame Emperor FOR THE WIN. I'd laugh really hard if you ran this and used Raging Flame Sprite or Ultimate Baseball Kid. The combo potential is sickening. Very great card. 9/10

The only thing I kind of dislike is how [shiro] doesn't get the ATK back at the end of the Damage Step.

 

I intended that, but for some reason I forgot to actually include that part. Updated nowz.
