Psychic powers mean nothing against Dark (So says pokemon) and you are faced with morality within immortality due to being in between HEAVEN and HELL for all eternity making all of your thoughts dark, causing such a conflict that you explode.

All currency becomes useless and so everyone takes more than they need leaving you with nothing.
