Zexaeon Posted February 21, 2009 Report Share Posted February 21, 2009 Dude, Zap Canon is only 50% accurate, while Thunder is 70%, and never misses in Rain. Also, the most useful HM in Battle is Surf, (95 Power, 100% accuracy), followed by Waterfall (physical water attack that Gyarados can use + possible flinch). Best TM is Earthqauke.
